One of the best things about Nick graduating was having so much family come to town. Nick's aunt Laura and Uncle Keith made the trek out west for two weeks of fun and sight-seeing. Nick would spend the summers helping out on their farm and enjoying all his aunt's cooking! They were so kind to take us out to a nice dinner where Nick ate enough meat to devour an entire animal himself! Fogo De Chao, in Scottsdale, is a Brazilian Steakhouse where they bring 16 different kinds of meat around on skewers and you eat and eat and eat! Seriously, I could not believe what Nick consumed. I keep thinking one of these days I will just get used to his large consumption--but no, it is still as entertaining as ever! Thanks Aunt Laura and Uncle Keith for the great night.
